Community Policies at Wolf River RV Resort

General Resort Guidelines

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily
• Speed Limit: 10 MPH throughout the property
• Site Cleanliness: Outdoor areas must remain tidy. Storage is limited to patio furniture and neatly maintained items.
• Trash Disposal: Place bagged trash in designated dumpsters. Do not leave trash out overnight.
• Campfires: Allowed only in designated fire rings and only when no active burn bans are in effect.
• Smoking: Permitted at your site only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Alcohol: Responsible use only. Open containers are not allowed in common areas.

Guest & Visitor Policies

• Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Office Hours: Hours may vary seasonally. Call ahead for assistance.
• Visitors: All overnight guests must be registered. Day visitors should check in upon arrival.
• Age Restrictions: Guests must be 21+ to book. Bayou RV Estates is limited to long-term residents only.

Pet Policy

• Pet Limit: 2 pets per site
• Leashes Required: Pets must be leashed whenever outside
• Clean-Up: Pet waste must be picked up immediately
• Behavior: Aggressive pets or excessive barking may result in removal from the park
• Pet Areas: Use designated walking routes and pet-friendly areas

Site & RV Requirements

• RV Condition: All RVs must be clean, operable, and free of visible damage
• Skirting: May be required for winter long-term stays
• Site Modifications: Permanent structures, fences, or enclosures are not allowed without approval
• Utilities: Proper hookup and usage of all utilities is required

Billing and Payments

• Monthly Rent: Due on or before day of arrival and every 30 days for continued stays
• Late Fees: Apply after a 3-day grace period
• Utilities: Included for nightly/weekly guests; additional fees apply for monthly stays
• Payments Accepted: Details provided during application or booking

Rules And Guidelines

Wolf River RV Resort has adopted the following rules pertaining to the use of the services and facilities within the Wolf River RV Resort. The primary consideration in the adoption of these rules is that the members and their guests obtain maximum enjoyment from the use of the facilities, while at the same time, considering the health, safety, and general welfare of other members and their guests. These rules are subject to change by management for the benefit of the membership.

1) All Guests & Members must register upon arrival at the office or camp host, stating the length of stay and number of members and / or guests in the party. Membership allows members to stay at their home park for 14 days and then they must check-out for 7 days before returning. All non-members pay per stay upon arrival.

2) Membership cards may be used and carried by adults only.

3) Any member or guest who through their words and/or actions creates a situation not conducive to the Resort’s family environment may be requested to leave the resort. Further, any member and/or guest who through their words or actions create a situation that is detrimental to the Resort’s ability to conduct its business may be asked to leave the Resort and may be held liable for any monetary damages occurring from member’s words or actions.

4) Anyone driving must observe all signs including the 5-mph sign and obey all special local rules established by the resort manager for the smooth operation of the resort.

5) Signs and notices may only be posted on bulletin boards, buildings, or facilities by the resort staff.

6) Because all facilities are to be used for the Resorts guests & membership, private gatherings occur only when authorized by the manager, and do not exclude the guests / members from the use of the same facilities during times that the facilities are regularly available to members.

7) Campfires may be burned only in fire rings or barbecue pits within the campsite area, unless hazardous fire conditions require a prohibition of fires by the resort manager.

8) Members / Guests may not cut the natural vegetation or in any way destroy the beauty of the resort.

9) Members / Guests may cut only downed or dead firewood at the resort as allowed by the manager.

10) Members / Guests camping at Wolf River RV Resort are to maintain their site in a manner that supports the visually appealing, sanitary, and safe standards of the Resort. Excessive decorations, excessive lighting, and the accumulation of trash, in addition to other visually unappealing practices, are not permitted.

11) Members / Guests may not hunt at the resort. If the guest / member is using the resort or overnight accommodation while hunting in an area located close to that resort, the member’s firearm must be carried unloaded while on the property at all times.

12) Members / Guests must park in an area designated for recreational vehicles only.

13) All debris and garbage must be placed in the containers provided.

14) Loud noise which may distract from fellow guest’s rest is prohibited from 10:00 PM until 9:00 AM.

15) Members / Guest must clean the general grounds surrounding their campsite after use.

16) In case of an emergency, the resort manager is authorized to move any member’s RV, equipment, or vehicle without notice or liability.
17) Clubhouse may be used by guests / members who are 16 years of age or older, only. Anyone under the age of 16 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. Unless a scheduled event is going on, the clubhouse will be locked by 10 PM and will re-open at 7:00 AM.

18) PETS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES and UNDER THE CONTROL OF THEIR OWNER, or kept inside the member’s RV. ALL GUESTS / MEMBERS MUST PICK UP ANIMAL WASTE DAILY-NO EXCEPTIONS! Pets may not enter buildings or swimming pool areas under any circumstances. Noisy or vicious pets are not allowed. If an animal is unruly, the member must leave the Resort with the pet.

19) Motorcycles, (2, 3 or 4 wheelers) and golf carts are permitted on the resort however, drivers MUST be 16 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult to drive on the campground and MUST obey all speed limit signs and stay within the natural borders of the road. Any vehicle driven on the campground after dark MUST have working lights and lights MUST be turned on at dusk!

20) Wolf River RV Resort members and guests use all facilities at their own risk and Wolf River RV Resort is not responsible for loss or damage to property of members and/or guests.

21) Any member or guest that willfully or negligently defaces or destroys property or equipment of Wolf River RV Resort, or of another member or guest, will be held liable for the full value thereof.

22) Members cannot solicit the re-sale of their membership at the resort. Doing so may result in the termination of the membership and the payment of any monetary damage caused by the member to the resort.

23) Camping vehicles must not be left unattended overnight without prior permission from the camp host or resort manager, and doing so is at your own risk. (See rule #20)

24) ABSOLUTELY NO washing of RV’s and/or vehicles while parked on campsite or on campground.

25) Reservations are encouraged but not required. Reservation’s primary goal is to let management know the potential occupancy of the resort for activity planning. Members / Guests may request sites or areas, but nothing is guaranteed. Because the park is to be used by all Members / Guests equally, we cannot hold sites open for individuals. We strive to meet site recommendations as closely as possible but operate on a first come first serve basis if your site is unavailable. Holiday weekends may have altered reservation rules. High volume sites may have limited stay durations to ensure fair usage.

26) Members are limited to 1 weekend stay on the bayou loop and/or any waterfront site per visit. After the initial stay has ended, members must be off the property for a period of 7 days before being permitted to stay on bayou and/or waterfront sites again. Weekends begin on Friday. The longest stay possible on the bayou is 11 days, and that assumes Monday arrival, with a departure on the next Thursday. Members who wish to stay longer may do so but will be asked to move to a different site.

27) Wolf River RV Resort (FKA: TLC Wolf River Resort) members have the privilege of sharing the resort with accompanying guests of their choice, under the following conditions:

a. The member must be present for the guest to use the resort, and the member is responsible for the behavior of his/her guests.

b. Only one guest vehicle per member is allowed unless previous arrangements have been made with the resort manager.

c. Only one guest family per member is allowed for those who visit the resort for day use.

d. There will be no charge for guests who camp on the host member’s RV or who do not camp overnight.

e. Subject to change, the charge for accompanying Member guests camping in their own RV will be $20.00 per night.

f. From time to time, guest camping may be restricted due to heavy member use of the resort.

g. Dependents under 18 years of age may not bring a guest if not accompanied by an adult member.

h. The guest program is an extra service to the members. It is always subject to the basic rights and priority of the membership and therefore can be changed, especially to satisfy those basic rights of the membership. Due to the member priority, guests will not be allowed on Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Cruisin’ the Coast, and Labor Day weekends.
